Em 2006, a Lei Maria da Penha estabeleceu mecanismos jur\u00eddicos e pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para proteger mulheres brasileiras da viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica. Entre as medidas, foram institucionalizadas iniciativas de interven\u00e7\u00e3o com homens que cometem esse tipo de agress\u00e3o: no geral, s\u00e3o grupos de reflex\u00e3o visando a mudan\u00e7a de comportamento.<br \/><br \/>Mais de uma d\u00e9cada desde a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Maria da Penha os desafios continuam e a realidade que se apresenta demanda amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das estrat\u00e9gias de enfrentamento, sobretudo porque os \u00edndices de viol\u00eancia continuam alarmantes, explicitando a necessidade de amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do debate com os mais diversos sujeitos sociais. <br \/><br \/>Desde os anos 90 algumas a\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o tema foram direcionadas para o p\u00fablico masculino. No \u00e2mbito internacional, grupos de homens contra a viol\u00eancia contra a mulher se formaram e publicaram seu posicionamento. Tal pr\u00e1tica certamente tem impacto nas pol\u00edticas para enfrentar esse tipo de viol\u00eancia. <br \/><br \/>Hoje s\u00e3o v\u00e1rios grupos no Brasil com diversas metodologias, grupos de estudos em universidades, grupos de m\u00fatua ajuda e grupos restaurativos e terap\u00eauticos. Assim, \u00e9 importante aprofundar qual o papel desses homens nesse desafio civilizat\u00f3rio.<br \/><br \/>O presente curso tem o intuito de contribuir para o conhecimento do enfrentamento da viol\u00eancia contra a mulher e tamb\u00e9m de como o universo masculino dialoga com o tema. <br \/><br \/>Para tanto, apresenta quatro m\u00f3dulos com 48 horas\/aula e diferentes metodologias que permitem uma abordagem multifacetada, \u00a0desde textos at\u00e9 podcasts. O debate \u00e9 iniciado a partir do universo de garantia \u00a0dos direitos humanos, os aspectos hist\u00f3ricos que fizeram com que esse fen\u00f4meno tivesse uma dimens\u00e3o t\u00e3o relevante, passando por avaliar os papeis institucionais \u2013 com \u00eanfase na escola e nos sistemas de seguran\u00e7a e justi\u00e7a \u2013, as normas vigentes, os conceitos e constru\u00e7\u00f5es \u00a0da masculinidade no mundo ocidental e os impactos produzidos pelas mudan\u00e7as nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de g\u00eanero.<br \/><br \/>A constru\u00e7\u00e3o do curso teve como premissa abordar o assunto de forma clara, trazendo para a realidade cotidiana \u00a0a possibilidade de reduzir os impactos dessa que pode ser a viol\u00eancia mais silenciosa que a sociedade moderna tem que conviver.<br \/><br \/>Os quatro m\u00f3dulos foram constru\u00eddos para profissionais do direito (principalmente os que trabalham com casos de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica), assistentes sociais e psic\u00f3logos do SUAS (Sistema \u00danico de Assist\u00eancia Social) e SUS (Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade), policiais civis e militares, profissionais de delegacias e servi\u00e7os especializados em atendimento a mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia, o poder Executivo municipal, estadual e federal, sistemas de seguran\u00e7a e justi\u00e7a, homens e mulheres que est\u00e3o na din\u00e2mica social
